📝 Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “TCS”) govern the sale of digital products on the Stālk store, accessible via the Tebex platform and operated by Stālk (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), for its customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
By placing an order on the Stālk store, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these TCS without reservation.
1. Seller Information
Trade name: Stālk
Activity: Sale of scripts and digital resources for GTA RP (FiveM) servers
Sales platform: Tebex (https://www.stalk.tebex.io)

2. Purpose
These TCS define the terms and conditions of sale between Stālk and the Client, from order placement to payment and delivery of digital products.
3. Products Offered
The Seller offers digital scripts and custom resources intended for use on GTA RP (FiveM) servers.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, which the Client must read carefully before purchasing.
Main characteristics of the products:
Digital goods immediately downloadable after purchase,
Scripts and resources developed by Stālk or its partners,
Personal and non-exclusive usage license (see Article 9).
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Payments are processed via the secure Tebex platform, which may charge additional fees depending on the payment method used.
5. Orders
To place an order, the Client must:
Select the desired product(s),
Add them to the cart,
Validate and complete the payment via Tebex.
The order becomes firm and final once confirmation is received by email.
No order may be canceled once payment has been validated.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods are those offered by Tebex (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
If payment is declined, the order will be automatically canceled.
7. Delivery
The products sold are digital goods.
Delivery is made instantly after payment confirmation, in the form of a download link or direct access to the script.
If a download issue occurs, the Client may contact support via Discord or email.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase, for which the Client has expressly waived this right.
By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges waiving any right of withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued, except in the case of a technical error attributable to the Seller.
9. License of Use
Scripts sold by Stālk are subject to a personal and non-exclusive usage license.
The Client does not acquire ownership of the product’s intellectual property.
It is strictly forbidden to:
Resell or redistribute the scripts,
Share them publicly,
Modify them for resale,
Use them for illegal purposes.
Any violation may result in immediate access suspension and legal action.
10. Technical Support
Stālk provides limited technical support for the installation and configuration of purchased products.
Support does not cover:
Issues related to third-party scripts,
Unauthorized modifications,
Incompatibilities due to poorly configured servers.
Support is provided via Discord or email, subject to availability.
11. Liability
Stālk shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products.
The Client is responsible for managing their server and ensuring compatibility with installed resources.
12. Account Suspension
Stālk reserves the right to suspend or ban a Client in the event of a breach of these TCS, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution, fraud, or abuse.
13. Intellectual Property
All scripts, resources, logos, names, and trademarks featured on the store are the exclusive property of Stālk or its partners.
Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
14. Modification of the TCS
Stālk reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time.
The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These TCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Stālk’s registered office.
